Rullo Stadium is a premier, sport-specific facility and the dedicated home of the Blue Hens Field Hockey program. As the home turf of the 2016 NCAA National Champions, the stadium is recognized as one of the finest field hockey venues in the nation.

Elite Playing Surface: The stadium features a specialized AstroTurf-12 surface, a professional-grade water-based turf system designed for the high-speed, technical demands of elite field hockey. The facility spans 2.82 acres, providing a fast and consistent playing environment.

Seating & Fan Experience: The stadium comfortably seats approximately 2,000 spectators in elevated aluminum bleachers, offering excellent sightlines of the pitch. Fans benefit from a modern sound system and a dedicated multi-sport scoreboard.

Professional Infrastructure: To support championship-level competition and broadcasts, Rullo Stadium is equipped with a professional press box and six Musco lighting poles featuring 92 fixtures, allowing for high-definition night games and televised events.

Multi-Sport Versatility: While it is the primary hub for Field Hockey, the stadium’s durable surface and professional lighting also make it a valuable training and competition site for various teams and clubs in the region.

Championship Pedigree: Rullo Stadium has a rich history of hosting prestigious postseason events, including multiple Conference Championships and NCAA Tournament matches. Its reputation for excellence makes it a preferred neutral site for regional high school and collegiate playoffs.
